Further plans for DictionaryForMIDs

• Adding some nice elements to the HMI, such as a startup animation, some icons, etc.
• Improved support for the Wiktionary (Wikipedia dictionary)
• Plenty of additional featurs, from HTML-content up to support of multimedia information for those devices that support this.
